The unpainted skins?
No, I think that's just a trick of the light.

Here's a different view where you can sorta see that they have the usual black & white paint:

No landing legs, not even on the side boosters. This one is going fully expendable. They've never done that before.

And speaking of fully expendable launches, this is big news:

Launch as soon as Monday morning!

Live Stream (starts 7:15 AM EDT Monday):

I'll be glued to my screen early on Monday!

There were rumors that at least one "environmental" group was going to try to get an injunction as soon as the launch license was issued. That would explain why the FAA waited until SpaceX told 'em they'd be ready on a Monday and didn't issue the license until late on a Friday; courts aren't open on weekends.

Of course it does put pressure on SpaceX to light the candle on Monday morning if at all possible rather waiting for either of the back-up windows on Tuesday or Wednesday.

While vist in NASA Space Center , one of crew said that they plan to send falcon
Even I couldnt find any NASA / Space X sheadule start - they said they will do
we went to the beach at 1am , it was little far from start, completly dark :)
silent .... silent .... and theh light , whole beach was almost visble
whole start till reach sky is about 1min , 20 sec , then you can acually hear rocket , but is too far to ever see them
people from close area said that is almost every friday like that

Based on that, you were ~17.5 miles or ~28 km from the launch.

That's not far south of the Port Canaveral Inlet, and ~15.5 miles to LC39B or ~11.1 miles to LC40, which are the two pads SpaceX uses. Based on your estimate of 1min, 20sec, I would suppose the launch to saw was from LC39B, which is the northernmost pad on the whole cape.

Trivia: LC39A and LC39B are actually on Merritt Island, not Cape Canaveral.
