Need find fault in my car.

My car acting strange, revs electronically jumping up and down (819-840 rande) , occasionally positive deviation fault appears .. no leaks, turbo cleaned, and turbo solenoid brand new.

VW Passat, 2001, 1.9 TDI , AVF engine, 6 speed gearbox.

No, we don't allow attachments here. But a CSV file is just text, so posting it in-line is fine. If you'd like to be able to do more with it, I'd suggest a Google Spreadsheet; it's easily linkable for others do review.

Ok, thanks -Uwe- for advise. I am just learning do diagnostics. Read and clear faults no problem, a good bit learning need to understand rolling tests, read logs, figure out faulty component. Best is to learn on own car. so as I said, I am not happy with mine one. I have done compression test, which returned 25,25,27,26 bar ( new piston rings were fitted and valve stem seals), according other mechanics, it is pretty good results, minimum was 19 bars. My car is a bit smokey when accelerating, something probably to do with air / fuel ratio. I have fitted brand new original "Bosch" airflow meter, new original map sensor, new turbo solenoid. Turbo cleaned, injectors with new seals and bolts fitted and adjusted, new timing belt with propper tools fitted, timing adjusted. Only thing is what differs from original state, is egr delete performed, no any faults yet registred for over a year related to egr. So what would be first thing to look on car, to find out faults, and then what next steps to do, to get car right.

Intake manifold cleaned. Forgot to mentioned, brand new cam with cam bearings went in it.
Also forgot mention that engine has vibration pretty noticable on idle. Even can see steering wheel vibrating. All bushes in good condition. When on motorway, reaching 160 km/h mark, engine is very loud. Could it be because i havent change injector camshaft bolts? All rest engine bolts are new and tensioned as per manual.

Ouuuut Roooow sounds like you need a flywheel flex disk........

Check for noise at Die Glocke (“The Bell”) area.........
