2008 VW Beetle 2.5L Strange Misfire

I did oil filter housing replacement work on this car so i R&R the intake manifold, used new gasket, new throttle body gasket as well but car records intake system air leak. I also have this beetle which misfires only in cylinder #4. I have checked vacuum leaks, non found but the pcv diaphragm looked so old and tiny holes so i replaced it but still. I removed and rechecked intake manifold again but all gaskets look fine. No carbon deposit found on valves! No cracks found in intake air hose. I did carry out smoke test but nothing significant found. Also the misfire in cylinder 4 occurs only when at vehicle station and idling mode with gear in Park but no misfire occurs while driving. I replaced spark plug and coil for Cyl #4 but no change. MVB 032 shows 0.0% idle self adaption but 10.2% Lambda self partial adaptation.
My next move will be to check compression and test the #4 injector, but strangely car still accelerates well during the 6 mile test drive. Any leads will be appreciated!

Yes I moved coil and even installed new one. I have also taken out the intake manifold again trying to check if incase the manifold gasket wasnt well seated but looks good..i even fitted a new one again and gave it good tightening.
I later found the PCV vale diaphragm has a minor tear so i replaced PCV unit with an aftermarket..this time all 5 cylinder misfire..I have thoroughly checked and found no intake air leak elsewhere..i am suspecting possibly leak in valve cover itself..has anyone seen this before?
Also can anyone explain the readings in MVBs 32 and 33 and its relevance to such issues? I seem to be running out of fresh ideas..any hints appreciated!

032 are LTFT (Long term fuel trim) given at idle and part load (driving)
These are values learned over time. When you clear codes they reset to 0%.

You need to drive it without clearing codes so LTFT can relearn it's values. then post them.

I think they will climb to a high +% over time. Meaning ECU is adding fuel to over come the vac. leak.

25.0 % Bank 1 Lambda Control Is STFT (Short Term Fuel Trim) is not a learned value and it's what's happen at present time.

You want "+" or "-" 5% is good

(no plus sign "+" is a positive number.) so 25% is really +25%

Hi VWtech-
Thanks for your input and the link you shared. After removing intake manifold twice and reinstalling and replacing PCV unit still problem existed-irregular RPM, cylinder misfire with cyl4 very high count misfire. I did smoke test and found no smoke leaks but yet the fault "leak in intake system P2279" persisted. After reading through the above link you shared I concluded this tricky fault could be defective mass air flow sensor. I replaced this sensor cleared the faults and now car runs smoothly as it should..RPM back to normal, no more misfire in any cylinder and all MVBs seem corrected see below results now. What I dont understand is that why wont the mass air flow show as faulty with a related code? also why was mostly Cyl4 very high count on misfire than all the remaining cylinders??
