I swapped the engine and the ECM, when I started the car it run rough. I I performed an Auto Scan and had many DTC codes. I decided to clear all codes and start a new scan. When I click to start a new scan, VCDS just runs fast over all modules but fails to scan anything. Now thw car does not start as well. I have a saved copy of the 2 scans; before and after the clear all DTC. here bellow.
