Morning

I have a 2007 Audi Q7 TDI with standard suspension i.e. not AAS, that is throwing a fault code that refers the the J197 module.
From what I understand, that is the suspension level control module. How is it possible to have a fault with a module this vehicle doesnt have?

Or have I misunderstood something? :)

It would be alot easier if you posted an autoscan. But my guess (without autoscan, and without knowing what module this fault code is from) is that this module (or any other module, again, without autoscan, we can only guess) is coded to belive that the car has level control.

Hi again.

Sorry to have wasted peoples time!
One of the cables destined for the ABS pump was not correctly connected. Once the cable was connected, the ABS light on dash went away and I could clear the fault code for good.

Thank you for your attention.
