New ABS module will not code, even using ODIS (MK100ESP)

I have a 2018 GTI here that I am getting the Coding rejected Error 31, when trying to code the ABS control unit. There's a backstory on this car that it went to a VW dealership that swapped the ABS module and couldn't get it to code using ODIS. I have Databus codes all over this vehicle and haven't done much other than trying to code it with this coding.

I've included a full log from the vehicle below if anyone has any ideas where to begin. I went through all the fuses and checked wiring everywhere I could.

I figured I'd get roasted for the voltage. I guess I switched the charger to 50amp on accident when I connected it. It didn't live there long, but I already hit the scan button. The code was a reach and I grabbed it off from https://vagcode.info/components/7875af0b9e1a68ad20cece7103d1af28.html. I didn't expect it to love it but starting from the zeros, I took a shot as it was coming off from the same part/hardware number.

I would not use any charger that tries to put 16V into a car. There's no excuse for that, no matter how many amps a charger is capable of delivering or is set to.

There's a backstory on this car that it went to a VW dealership that swapped the ABS module and couldn't get it to code using ODIS.
Is the ABS module that's installed the correct, appropriate one for the car?

The dealer installed it and I verified that it was the correct part number and correct for the vin.

Suggestions Find competent dealer. If the part number has changed dealer will need to run SVM code for abs module replacing in order to code module if the part number has drastically changed. Most likely SVM code XCHG03A001 or something similar. Again I feel your pain and good help is damn near impossible to find.... even at the dealer.

According to the dealer it was installed at, it was the same part number came out of the car that was installed into it. The tech who did the work originally, left the dealer in December and he was literally their only master tech. Next nearest dealer to me is 70 miles away, and the word competent doesn't accurately describe their abilities.

Is this a recent thing? As I see nothing on Vw's server or any record of the vehicle being at the dealer recently. Last time it was as the dealer was 04/12/2024. When coding a module an log is automatically generated. I see no such recent log. So I would question everything that was done to start to be honest.

Also note that is not the correct coding for the vehicle. I can provide the correct coding per vin if you're in a rush for a small fee.

The repair order was written on Friday April 12, 2024 and pickup was Thursday October 12, 2024. I know the coding isn't correct that I was inputting. I was trying to see if it would even try to code the thing, because I was originally told by the dealer that it wouldn't even try. I could use the correct code so I can see what happens.

Dealer installed the ABS module and then they gave you the car back in this state !!!!

I'm not posting a picture of the repair order because it's got the owner's information on it, and it's not going to change anything. I'm not banging down their door because they apparently don't have the capacity to fix this guy's car correctly and no amount of outrage is going to change that. I have a good relationship with their parts department, and I'm being paid to repair the car. I'm no less stuck than they were, but I'm seeking solutions that they were unwilling to find. If it turns out that the module is corrupt, no big deal, they've got one sitting over there for me which will be warrantied.

No, I don't have the correct coding, partially why I came here. The car came in showing all zeros and codes for control module not coded. The incorrect coding give me the rejected Error 31, but it at least tries to do something, which is contrary to the story I got out of the dealer. The claim from them is that the module wouldn't even communicate. As you can see from the scan, that's not the case.

All set. Coding from EuroX worked. Traction control light is staying on, but come to find out this guy has a Integrated Engineering OBD Tune installed he "forgot" to tell me about until I noticed the CAN shut down every time I ran the car. Thanks for the help.
