Hello,
I have retrofitted the virtual cockpit in my 2018 Audi S3 and need the coding and when possible adaption maps from the virtual cockpit / 17 Instruments from an S3 8VFL from 2017 to 2020.
Can anyone please help me?

Perhaps in the Retrofit Section!
This is the “Reference scans and maps of non-broken cars” section.

I know, but a reference scan / coding from an S3 that has the virtual cockpit as standard would be perfect to get the correct vehicle settings (Vehicle variant, derivative).
My problem is that the engine data (power/torque) works and is displayed but not quite correctly.

I don't know if it is possible to shift the topic to "Retrofit"? I think a double post is not allowed.

Aren't you assuming that the coding for one S3 will be correct for another? With configuration differences between vehicles that's often not a correct assumption.

I am aware of this but how would you try to find the correct vehicle settings so that engine data (power/torque) is displayed correctly?
The virtual cockpit was original out of an RS3 and the engine data show max. 85% in my S3 with Stage1 tuning. This could be correct so far, but of course it would be nicer if the display went correctly up to 100%.
I suspect that somewhere a setting to S3 instead of RS3 is necessary but I haven't found anything yet.
I am grateful for any suggestion...

Who can shift or how can I shift this thread to the Retrofit section? Or should I open a new one? Auto-scan I send afterwards.

This is 100% an ECU software issue and has nothing to do with the VC settings (there aren’t any that are adjustable related to this). The VC displays data only. The engine ECU determines if and what to share on the databus, the scale of the numbers, etc.

Does that mean that I simply can't do anything about it? Or who or how could it be customized?
