Just got my hexv2 yesterday and was playing with it today. Here is an autoscan of my 2002 tdi beetle, can anyone give me some pointers on my comfort module? Also, any idea why the read milage would vary from the milage shown on the cluster?

Hmm.. Coding for the CCM strikes me as correct. This car has 2 Doors and only 2 Power Windows, right?

Also, any idea why the read milage would vary from the milage shown on the cluster?
What's the mileage showing on the cluster?

Hmmm, i just noticed that it said the module was coded incorrectly. The milage was only off a little but was still confusing, at the time of the scan it was showing 262987

Right, but I'm not sure why it thinks that. Remind me: Are the rear windows fixed in this car, or do they go up and down?

OK, the cluster keeps "mileage" in km, but the channel that it can be read from only has 16 bits, so it drops the last last (least significant) digit. That means the mileage shown in the scan can be off by a little bit.

What VCDS read is: 42310. It added a zero to this and converted to miles. 423100 km = 262902 miles. If that's within a few (say +/-6) miles of what your cluster is showing, it's all good.

Yes, rear windows are fixed in this car, and as far as the milage. It was 85 miles, not an issue but a curious thing that I happened to notice
