DRL not working, Skoda Octavia MK3

Hello everyone. I am new to this forum. Can't post yet on car repair support because I'm not verified. Any sort of help is very much appriciated. I would like to narrow the problem to the LED for DRL or the driver for it. Here is the code error from the computer:

1 Fault found:
18695 - Left LED Module for DRL and Parking Lights
B12EC F0 [009] - Voltage Supply Short to Ground
Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear

Regarding the blue tab bar. It only appears when I turn on the computer version. Android phone, Chrome browser. If you couldn't find it.

Just checked on my Android phone. The blue bar has an arrow that allows it to be scrolled horizontally.

That said, I don't pretend my phone is much of a substitute for a real computer.

I don't have an arrow. ąle after the menu is developed, it is. But I gave stains.
