Can anyone tell me the security access code and what to change to enable duel rear foglights on a 2017 VW transporter please?

I don't know if it applies to yours, we had a 2021 in the other week and the aftermarket (illegal) headlights were causing problems and when I went into coding there was nothing available and even ODIS said no so I converted it back to Halogen.

Your BCM is a PQ25 which IIRC does not have the ability to be configured to monitor LED bulbs, so I think you'll have to change back to Halogen - unless someone knows otherwise?

True it's unchecked - as are other T6 factory codings with halogen bulbs with active lamp diagnostics.

The description/coding is a bit confusing - thus the bit needs to be checked ("1") to deactivate the diagnostics :D
However, the coding logic for other lamp diagnostics in the other bytes is the opposite :facepalm:

The BCM picks that up as a fault and with incandescent bulbs you risk burning out the circuit.
