usb driver issues

Hello,i am having trouble with my HEX+CAN INTERFACE.Every time i connect to either my lap top or tough book,its not recognised
Hopefully its just me,missing something !

Unplug it from your computer. Open Device Manager. Plug it into your computer and look for something to appear in Device Manager. Tell us what it shows up as.
