Help needed epc fault codes on seat ibiza 6k cupra

Hi im new here and want to introduce myself.
I am robbin from the Netherlands. 37 years.

I own a seat ibiza cupra 6k2 from 2001 engine code ayp 1.8 20vt. 250 hp

i have some epc or epic light came on. all gauges were working fine at instrument cluster when i drove the car back to home.( Km/h, rpm, gasoline.)
At home I did a scan wth vcds.
.
This fault codes has been found:

00625 vehicle speed signal 27/00 inplausibile signal.

Sensor replaced by a new one cleared codes no diffrance
EXcept car is not running properly stationary way to rich.

01465 signal wireing from combi instument
49/00 no communication.

After some research in elsawin i found out that the signal wire goes from the speed sensor on the trans to the instrument custer en from there to the radio.

I will make a auto scan and post it here. Ihave forgotten it, my appologies!

Who has seen this problem before?

And what steps can i take with vcds?

Any additional info for me?

Thankk you for the Auto-Scan, but sadly as you have used the Dutch ersion of VCDS many of us cannot help you - when posting here you need to use the English version of VCDS which is free to download ad can be installed alongside your Dutch version.

Who can help me? Some suggestions or tips?

Today i have made a other log with engine off. key turned on.

Also logged with vcds in
Addres :01 engine

Group 112: i found out that this sensor states 950.0 celcius
I dont know for shure, what sensor this is and where it is mounted
Other temp sensors seems okay,
accept my outer temp sensor in the r mirror i know this one is bad. No (replacement on the market.)

Also i saw soms strainge readings from

addres: 01: engine group 057
O/min rpm

1140 /min rpm

Compressor. off

what sensors are on the airco compressor engine?
And coud this be related to my faultcodes?
Also i checked the speedsensor on the trans trough vcds when manually turned the gears of the sensor vcds recives the input and displays the speed.

01 engine -group 112 :

The high temp could be off my lambda sensor i will to renew this one and check the connectors and wire's.

Now that you have posted a Auto-Scan, clear all the codes ,go for a drive, and see if they return. You may have to go to Address 08 and clear the fault at/in the module also.

I did, try to clear all fault codes in the controller divices. but their are 2 hard faults. (speedsensor signal)
After clearing the ftc's They instantly come back.

If this speed signal is present from sensor (in the transfer case) trough the connecting cables to combi cluster trough wiring to the radio/ climate controll then the car runs perfectly.

but when signal is lost (most of the time). the engine wont idle normal anymore running to rich and bad.
I once tried to drive but it wont feel good no correct timing or heavy shifting gears.
The speedometer seems to be displayd correctly during driving at combi cluster.

None of your scans have any faults that would tell us why the EPC light is on. However, they all have, "Readiness: 0110 1101", which indicates that you have recently cleared faults in 01-Engine.

Is the EPC light on at the present time?

Thanks for your reply,

Yes thats correct, epc has one time turned on.
it happed suddenly when i drove home from work. when i got got home i have made a scan cleared codes and posted it here.

Only i have still fault codes from my speed signal.

I do know that more systems/ controllers need the speed signal.

Not only the combicluster. Also the radio and controller in the front display of the radio for calculating fuel usage etc.

Maybe the signal is not send out of the combicluster to the radio.
Or a bad wire's or connector/ bad radio or front pannel controller.

Also the speed signal info is used by some other safety systems like info crank sensor and injectors and electric trottle body.

EPC has not turned on again so far.

The car idle's like garbage without good speedsignal.
With it runs perfectly

i can keep the car
Running with some trotle pedal but it dont feel right.

The only module reporting a speed signal problem in your scan is HVAC, so I'm puzzled how that can cause a bad idle?
