Hi,
I have been struggling with this fault code on my 2008 Audi S4. It comes on and off, mostly on. I have searched the forum and have seen some post/threads but no clear solution that have fixed my issue.
Some info on the car:
- 2008 Aud S4 Avant
- 6MT conversion (problem exist when it was Tip)
Previous owner:
- replaced accelerator pedal
- replaced throttle body
- re-wired (overlay) accelearator pedal wiring harness to ECU (done by dealer)
- stock ECU and JHM tuned issue have same issue
What i've done:
- replaced O2 sensors. (theres's a mention in Ross-tech wiki about O2 sensor/wiring can cause the issue)
- checked ECU box/area for evidence of water, none, dry and clean
- checked connector s for corrosion, none
Have not checked:
- wiring harness from O2 sensors plug to ECU. What's the best way to do this?
