Hi, I've got problem with MIB2 Unit MST2_EU_SE_ZR_P0369T, 5QA035824A. Car came to me with problem: no sound when it's phone calling. Person with who is calling, hear me but I don't hear anything. I noticed there isn't buttons sound too (turned on in menu). Car has added amplifier "Match" and probably there is the problem. I changed coding and add "Speakers with external Booster" but still the same. I tried with another unit and it didn't work too.

On MIB radios, the BT phone call volume is seperately adjustable from the normal radio/media volume when the phone call is active. If the normal radio plays OK, then it's probably only a matter of turning up the volume from zero :)

And Match system has no impact whatsoever on the microphone or bluetooth part of the system. So I would follow @siLc 's advice.

Don't have much faith that an aftermarket amp installer knows anything about datasets. There are amps which take the high level signal and work with that and no changes are necessary on the radio side.

Car came to with errors of low tone speakers, after coding "external BOOSTER" errors disappeared. There isn't sound of system too. When I touch screen should be sound but there isn't. I didn't load dataset because I don't know which parameter I should choose.

This seems to be an issue with the non-factory amp. Why not check it's voltage and ground connections?

Because there is sounds from radio, bluetooth streaming etc. but there isn't sounds of buttons, screen touching and phone calling.

There’s nothing wrong with the amp. That is not the cause of problems. I’ve had multiple different Match DSPs and Audiotec Fischer who make these really know their shit. They are premium stuff.

What type of passthrough adapter you have? Between match and MIB?
