2017 Golf Station, facelift. Change oil change intervals, but not service/inspection

I have a 2017 facelift Golf Variant. I would like to change my oil change intervals from 30.000 km to 15.000 but would like to keep the inspection/service intervals as is. I have tried searching on here as well as having a look with OBD11 but without it shedding any real light on how to do it properly, at least to me. Because looking at OBD11 it at least to me only seemed like it it would change the service/inspecction interval, which is not what I wanted.

My main reason for changing is that I like to change my oil at 15K instead of 30K, as well as the fact that the least time I had the car serviced, the dealership completely negated the oil change that I asked for, since the car didn't prompt for it. So I had to wait for 1 extra hour because they only relied on what the car reported as opposed to what I requested. And thus by changed the oil change interval I at least can avoid that confusion another time

There are several ways to skin a cat.

* You could try changing IDE00515-ESI: oil quality from Good to Poor. I believe that will get you onto fixed intervals of 15,000 km.
* You could try changing IDE00513-ESI: Maximum Distance to Oil Service(s) to 15,000 km, but it's possible that will produce a "Basic Settings" DTC in the cluster.
