well cannot sure to tell if this gearbox TJM what year it shoud be but in production the should start around 2017. Well I can use my old logic but new body mech. body from TJM
I can say that I have 262000km but pressure sensors show totally fine values
yes you can use own electronic part to TJM solenoid unit it fits fine.262...K No problem for conti,bosch dies somtimes around 100K.i have 5 cars in family.all cuaa.from2015 to 2020 & from 20k to 300k driven .cars are tuned to 260kw power & 290 kw power so far so good.

In this case gearbox should have only about 30 000km on the clock and it is newer model so maybe it woul dbe nice to use new mech. with ECU. But If I have ODIS with online feature is possible to adapt new gearbox with new part number to the car where belong other part number ? I think main problem could be VKMS.

I have done everything in ODIS Online for IMMOBILIZER adaptation.You can make any device used or not used immobilizer that has not been previously made online after the beginning of 2021.if it was done online after 2021 and the serial was regisrtered up on the server, it cannot be done for the next car.regardless of whether it fits the car.
If you want to do SVM on the devices, it is important that it is the one the car was released with. But in the case of DSG, you can flash the correct thing offline yourself.

Odis S you can adapt immo online for used parts if its not adapted before by someone.(you can only do this once and for one car).&done coding is 0014.The old module's immo will disappear, but keep it because you can do it again for your car if the need arises.but the conti module QAX is better with more durable clutch sensors (Then TJM BOSCH). you can take a TJM solenoid module that has lower mileage and put only the TCU part in it. (Electronic Part)and then you don't need to deal with immo either.& fter the gerbox change if you drive car out from garage nessesary to made a mechatronic basic settings all 3 steps vith odis S.1 reset for all ,2 basic settings,3 adaption drive.

Basicly I am now facing whcih way I should go.

1, I bought new clutch pack for my QAX and wanted to make full rebuild but this can cost easily 1500 euros. Thats not a problem
Problem is that I got my mechatronic repaired 1 and half year ago but I think the job was done poorly. 1500 (only for mechanical things like bearings, filter, maybe diferitial satelites, etc)

2,or buy a gearbox with 34000km. without waranty because it doesnt belong into my car (year doesnt fit but due to my internal system info it should fine. and have original not repaired with low km with good mecha. btw I would do that I will change TCM to my original.


Dont know which way I should go.

Hello,

so update :


I did replace my clutch pack also with dualmass and there is no change in behaviour. Still bad changing gears.

Mechatronic was done 40 000km ago, new clutches.
I have oil presssure 4.89 bar idling.
When car changed gears by 6 bar it wasnt good but if there was pressure abotu 12/14 bat it was smooth,

also after repair, when user adaptatins wasnt stored it was total smooth with any problem

in hystory I had updated Sw to this version but it wasnt in VW.

& I Think there is mistake on I your post 0BH327711F CORRECT IS 0BH927711F !!!???
flash it with odis &adaptation for mechatronic + adaptation drive too for clutches.if it car not works then correctly you have problem with mech or box.

Can I flash it thrgouh that ? Woulnd I lost immo or coding adaptation data ?
like when I flashed my camera 00A5 I lost all of paramaters only calib data stayed

after that I did mechatronic procedure and than adapt. drive.
I can say that different is there but it was also after when I took car from the shop. and after couple of kilometers the problems started coming back. So I need to drive and check
but what I can say now is that changing gears 2 / 3 3 / 2. is rough.


probbbably will need anyway new gearbox :D best with new engine.

I think your gearbox little damaged gear synchronisators are bad conditions .
