Drive it some 60 miles when repost fuel trim readings. Every time codes are clear fuel trim readings reset. Does this vehicle has a spacer for the rear o2 sensor installed?

It's adding fuel, but thats not enough. Drive it more 60miles and then recheck readings. Normally for that fault to be throw that reading needs to be past 10 or 15%. IF it is adding fuel this means you may have a vacuum leak. Could be a rear main seal with the mileage its got or something else. Hard to say. I would try checking vacuum at idle.

ill drive more and check back. Rear main seems fine no oil leaks and had smoke machine hooked up for 20 mins and did not see anything coming from between motor and trans and car was jacked up to see underneath.

Spray brake clean between engine and trans and watch the values.

Is this my mass air flow senor I believe? When unplugged it doesn't make a difference in how it runs or throw a code for anything. When spray brake clean between motor and trans numbers do not change

I don't think so. The MAF sensor should be in-line with all of the airflow, not in a "branch". Look closer to the air box.

Nothing else on or near airbox. On sensor only stamping I see is pbt-gf30 which appears could be a maf sensor

Not possible that line comes off the crankcase so theres no chance that a MAF. Not possible. PBT GF30 is what it's made of it's a type of plastic.

So far I've smoked exhaust for leaks and no leaks, smoke tested vacum lines no leaks. Sprayed carb cleaner between motor and trans and no change in fuel trims. Anyone knowing this car has a maf sensor?

Looking at the MVB data for that ECU, I'm thinking it does doesn't have a MAF; that it uses the speed/density method of control.

It has a MAP sensor located just above timing belt cover bolted to intake manifold.
So it uses a MAP sensor instead of a Mass Air Meter.
Check the big plastic line behind intake going to the brake booster they crack at connections.

Good Luck

Waxing pedantic here, but the two are not always mutually exclusive. Some engines have both a MAF and a MAP.

See if you can look at signal from Sensor 2. Might just be a bad sensor (after cat) that shows low voltage for nothing. Assuming fuel trim looks good still.
The "sensor" in the pics is a heater for the breather.

This is true some motors have both but not this motor MAP only.

I just answered his question.

I don't have vcdcs in front of me but it is a brand new bosch sensor
