B6 Passat 1.9tdi DSG Swap

Got a stupid idea to swap a dq250 from a pd170 to a 2007 passat wagon with a pd105 after the clutch started to slip and had a spare dsg.
Everything mechanical is done and most of the wiring.
Only missing 2 wires that i have a problem with. They are with the sifters PIN 2 (grey) and PIN 5 (blue-ish with maybe purple) if i remember correctly.
Also after swapping the gb and tinkering with vcds i got a fault code 00194 Ignition Key Removal Lock which has never been a problem with this car before. (Also i can remove the key with any gear selected) I work at a shop and we have access to somekind of wiring diagrams but none of the diagrams wire colors matched to the PIN 5 of the shifter which maybe should lead to the steering column control unit. Also cannot find the correct PIN from the wiring diagram for the steering column control unit.
One problem too is that i can’t recode the ecu to say that i have the dsg on that pos. Tried security access 12233.
Going to post an auto scan tomorrow
Should i scrap it already? 603xxx km on the ODO.

Got it on a first test drive after a little bit of tinkering with vcds and everything seems to work beside abs light is on

First possible mistake. 2.0 TDI 125kW gear ratios might bet different than those of the 1.9 TDI 77kW. When you try to use cruise control in 5-6th gears, that might not work.

Also after swapping the gb and tinkering with vcds i got a fault code 00194 Ignition Key Removal Lock which has never been a problem with this car before. (Also i can remove the key with any gear selected) I work at a shop and we have access to somekind of wiring diagrams but none of the diagrams wire colors matched to the PIN 5 of the shifter which maybe should lead to the steering column control unit. Also cannot find the correct PIN from the wiring diagram for the steering column control unit.

When you press the shift lock button on the automatic shifter, the ignition lock should click (key removal solenoid clicking). Does it do that? Sounds like it doesnt.

One problem too is that i can’t recode the ecu to say that i have the dsg on that pos. Tried security access 12233.

Might need to reflash the engine ECU for automatic gearbox. If you have ODIS, you might just make it

First possible mistake. 2.0 TDI 125kW gear ratios might bet different than those of the 1.9 TDI 77kW. When you try to use cruise control in 5-6th gears, that might not work.

Almost everything works now except the abs and esp lights are on due to incorrect abs coding, working on that now. Also the gearbox shifts at higher rpms than i would like it to shift but its ok when driving on manual mode

DQ250 can also be flashed to proper 1.9 TDI software, but because gear ratios might be different, can cause a different problem.

Only thing now is to try to recode the abs which i have tried but can’t seem to get the right coding. Also going to try to splice the gearbox can cables to the ones going to the abs because abs saying a code that there is no signal to transmission.
