Sounds like you have an intermittent clutch switch, better to fix that than try to disable the message (which I'm not sure you can!).

Anyway, please post an Auto-Scan of the Caddy

Sounds like indeed but I was thinking if its just a simple change of coding much easier than changing hard to access switch. Interestingly enough it doesn't bring a fault for clutch switch but it does for a brake switch? I'll try to post a scan when it occurs next time.

Search push clutch to start bypass harness on the web and see if this plug & play will work on your vehicle. It bypasses the push to start but does not affect the CC function. Keep in mind you will be disabling a safety feature so it would be a good idea to remove that harness upon the sale of the car. These came about because of "crank walk" on certain models usually with upgraded pressure plates/clutches. Do not believe this can be coded off/out because of the safety aspect but a scan would show if that were available. Might be better to find and fix your issue instead.
