Anyone knows how can I adjust the PWM for the third brake light with VCDS, and can provide some guidance?

I've heard I will need the cent electronics security access code..... which I don't

Digging through what (limited) documentation I have available for that BCM, I don't see anything that sounds promising.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

I want to install a third brake flasher module. I have found that with brake depressed and ignition = on and engine OFF, there is a +12V DC signal coming out to the wires of the third brake flash and the third brake module works fine.

Now, if the engine is ON, there is a 100HZ 90% PWM signal coming out.... which sends the module in the weeds.

If you have a suggestion (other than installing a flux capacitor :o) , that will be great

UWE, I ended up using an electronic circuit to smooth the PWM.

The electronic solution is:

from the third brake light harness positive pole place in series a 1N4007 Diode followed by a 660uF/25V capacitor (between diode's catode and GND)
Now you connect the flasher In + to the Diode's Cathode.
The diode prevents the capacitor load to go back to the BCM module during the PWM off cycle

If someone needs the schematics, PM me.
