Ok mine has to have a Fault causing the fuse to go everything works with a replacement bcm but it won't start as it's kessy as soon as I copy the long code bam fuse pops lights are out but the car works. I planned on using another one and just enabling kessy in the helper and seeing where I stood but if I can get the code I can write to one of the 4 I have and edit from there. Could it be that I'm only copying and pasting the long code in the helper and nothing else? I click do it car runs should I change anything else?

I have 4 bcms I can swap.out after I changed the long coding that says different unless the coding is the issue as I figured as soon as I put the replacement in and copy the longcoding and click do it. I can start the car with kessy

PQ25 is the A0 platform i.e. Polo 5 if you know what one of those is? Jetta 5 is PQ35.

What is the VIN? I think it will be a type 162. There is a PQ25 Jetta but it is a Polo with a boot, sorry, trunk and is the type BS solely for the Chinese market. BCM 5C0 937 087 E is only used on the 2011>2014 type 162 which is PQ35.

Why do you need 2 topics about the exact same issue?

Because I've been trouble shooting and this is a request for coding which is in the appropriate forum... they other is in its appropriate forum that's why its called trouble shooting its a process of elimination.. why ask oddly simple questions?

While I appreciate you keeping my post, moved to the top clearly you have never had a post moved to the correct forum.. And if you don't have the code I requested you should probably try to be helpful to someone else on here because you're not being here.

Thank you uwe it's an ongoing issue as I've mentioned i traced every wire replaced every bulb and fixture literally everything except the cluster when I put a used bcm in all of the options work after I replace the fuse now I cannot start it at this point however as soon as I copy the long code from my bcm the fuse pops and the interior lights horn and tail lights stop working my hope is to find an issue with the coding that possibly is corrupted or go into the recoded bcm with a copy I can get and enable kessy I saw it while going through all of the long coding bit by bit. It has to be a coding issue and if I enable kessy it may start and allow it all to work I had previously had some obd11 changes on it I have since removed it that was for led license plate lights removing the chime for the passenger seat etc... and I believed that to be the correct place to request a copy of longcode from a working 2012 cjaa with the e suffix on the pq25 bcm it's about my last option at this point

Yes you can call i that !! As long as your process is Knowledged, Methodical, Robust, and Logical !!

Yours lacks something - Else your car would be fixed - That is an organic Fact !!

Your more than welcome to step up and find it the pinned output from the bcm isnliated above works fine with a replacement bcm until the long coding is added norn is blocked by the bcm as well.. with the circuit break finder on it the bcm clicks on one or the center relays next step is to pull the 2 output wires to the suspect circuits but it makes no sense that a junkyard bcm let's everything work except start with kessy once I copy the longcode from my bcm the fuse.pops on the circuit and the car will start with kessy so it has to be coding related but come on by and show me the failure of my troubleshooting.. I'll wait
