Hi i currently have a 2016 VW Tiguan (push button start) The customer experienced a no start issue and a click from the steering column area and the steering angle light came on. The steering lock is also on and wont release.
The vehicle will open and close with the remote but getting no ignition lights when start button is pushed. Rear brakes are also locked on and will not disengage when the electric hand brake button is pressed. I also have no headlights,tail lights etc. it seems the car has shut down completely. I have carried out a scan and will attach. stop/start button has been replaced by another workshop. Any assistance would be apprectiated.
