I'm not saying this is the cause however I have seen this issue many times as o2 sensor heater circuit is not fused in any way.
Is there any way I can test this??? How would I be able to test a bad driver or any other issues potentially?

Do I just swapped sensors and see if it persists or can I bench test the ecu?

I will not accept that.
If your theory is that you're not getting sufficient fuel, why do you have damp plugs?
If I run an engine lean (aka not sufficient fuel) and then I pull the plugs, they will be white and dry... not damp.
RE-Confirm timing and compression... based on what you're saying, something is mechanically wrong.
8 bar vs 45 bar? I mean there’s a big difference there, I’ll add the plugs were black/ covered in an ash/soot.

I also have to mention the fact that the car was cranked over continuously 3 times at a full key cycle each which is like nearly 3 mins of cranking non stop.

Kinda seems like even if it was a little fuel that would add up ? Or am I mistaken

Vehicle should still run even with 5bar of fuel pressure. I would say it's either ecm, spark or timing. If that lower timing gear moved it could be a big issue. IIRC HPFP is timed to the engine.

So you're theory is that fuel is just collecting in your cylinders to foul your plugs which you've confirmed are FIRING because of extended cranking?
Why wouldn't the fuel just explode from the spark and compression that allegedly exists in said cylinders?

I’m again not questioning your integrity or intense knowledge of “science”

I’m simply stating if it’s got a strong spark outside of the combustion chamber I’ll gladly gamble it’s making a decent spark inside the combustion chamber, I don’t think I have EVER seen an issue where a spark plug works inside vs outside of a combustion chamber
Get a persplex block - Drill and tap it

Fit a Schrader Valve in one tapping and a plug in the other - Pump it to 120 psi Go test it now !!

Totally understandable idea, I’m going to absolutely recheck everything, however, why the hell does the fuel rail pressure drop so hard and not just stay at 45 bar of spec?? That’s where I’m so confused and so hung up on

I think setting engine to TDC and doing a cylinder leak down should be checked first. This will tell us if mechanical timing is 100% or not.

What makes it run? Fuel/air/spark

No WRONG !!

Right amount of fuel at the right time in the right place dispersed correctly
Air -Again measured Correctly
Spark at the right time, Correct duration measured in a compressed chamber

Well I did the compression test recently, a few days after I fouled the first set of plugs I would assume this isn’t an issue.
ASSUME is WRONG !! Test and Measure is not !
Fouled Plugs = Fuel not burnt

Fuel I know is making it to the combustion chamber, just not enough to make it run. (6-8 bar a

Spark, it’s getting that. I’ve confirmed while cranking.

Amp Clamp on Primary will be a good indicator of Secondary !

Could it be that the engine is just "flooded" ? I ve sold one of my Mazda 6 2.3i recently and the mechanic that i ve sold it to changed the headgasket and did some work on the engine block. He had the head checked and repaired. After mounting everything back , he started the car , then he didn t let it run and he stopped the engine.within like 5 seconds after start. We could not start that car again for another hour until we pulled it about 20-30 meters in 3rd gear .. We had spark ,good timing ,no errors and the spark plugs would get slightly wet. He d clean them , the engine would act like it was about to start...but it won t . We assumed that the hydraulic rockers didnt get charged enough and it was loosing compression. On compression test /check we only had about 6 bars an all , which should ve been up to 11-12 bars per on that engine. That s why i sugessted that the car be pulled for few meters in 3rd gear ( if not automatic ).
