Look in Basic Settings or Adaptations - It is there - not difficult to find,
Please post an Auto-Scan so people can see what ECU this car has and what software is in it. There have been at least three generations of 3.0 TDI and they're not all the same.

Hi looking for help to reset the DFP values in 2008 Audi 3.0 A4 TDI which has gone into limp mode. Attaching an auto scan. I have cleaned the DPF and tried following video instructions but am unable to gain access to some of the tabs that are necessary to do this. Some of them are greyed out or I am told "error channel unavailable" Anyone able to help as bought the VCDS thinking it would enable me to do this? I noticed in some of the videos that they are using an older version of the VCDS some are version 17 or 20 our version is 24.

Keep in mind that information you find online was accurate for the car it was made for, doesn't mean it will work for your car. VCDS version 17 or version 24 doesn't matter.... thing are the way they are because of the car itself, not the scan tool.... be it VCDS or ODIS at the dealer. Please see Setting realistic expectations.

Hi wondering if anyone can help followed the instructions for emergency Particle Filter Regeneration on the WIKI and the following came up when I entered the coding 10016 to start the regeneration
" The coding you entered is the wrong length. Length must be the same as the original coding or an even number of hexadecimal characters"
