2012 VW Polo ABS Long Code

Hi, wanted to know if someone could help me, I have recently purchased an imported 12 VW polo into the UK and was changing the instrumental clocks from KPH to MPH.

However when doing this the car has forgotten the ABS coding and I have the ABS, ESP and TPMS lighting in the dashboard.

I have attached the log from the Auto Scan from VCDS and a screenshot of the controller page for the ABS.

Please can someone help
