Repair and/or interface change

Buenas tardes, soy usuario de VCDS desde hace muchos años y estoy encantado con el producto. Es un HEX+CAN. Tuve que cambiar el cable por un mal manejo, pero ahora no vuelve a funcionar. Quiero repararlo. ¿Me pueden proporcionar ese servicio?

Good afternoon, I have been a VCDS user for many years and I am delighted with the product. It is a HEX+CAN. I had to change the cable due to poor handling, but now it does not work again. I want to repair it. Can you provide me with that service?

You may also wish to consider a change to a Hex-Net or a Hex-V2? I pretty sure they have a "trade in" program still going.

We have three HEX+CAN interfaces in our customer records for you. One from 2012: HC4xxx56, and two from 2014: HC8xxx86 and HC8xxx56. Which one is broken?
