Does not show correct description of the errors and measuring of values , I use a iPhone 14 with it .Do you know what is the problem ?

Since we have no idea what vehicle you are scanning and there are many thousand errors and measured values you have to give more information.

When it tries to make update ASAM dataset it’s stoping with the message please check you network , but my network is ok .

You need to be able to get the rod/ASAM data for this to work, try connecting the interface to a PC with USB and then check for updates using VCIConfig.

I tried like you said but unfurtunately it is the same problem , it is a software problem , or mobile phone , or internet - I use it for pc an it’s working good .

You might want to try switching your interface to the beta channel via the advanced tab of VCIConfig and then check for updates to download the newer dataset that is there which might have better coverage. You may need to do another autoscan and check for updates again to get the newer rod data for this dataset.

I do like you said in the last message , it starts to decode the error description , it does not work like the pc aplication , it has a lag of functionality , sometimes u need to go back and enter again to acces the module. Probably it’s a beta , maiby in the future we will have a better aplication for mobile.Do you use the mobile aplication daily ? It is ok with the functionality? Thank you

I always work with PC and Windows. I use the mobile application only for demonstration purposes to customers.

The mobile functionality is not at the same level of support as PC, but it should be able to decode fault codes, do you still have issues with this?
