I have two adapters with a friend.
Today I installed it on his laptop with W11, connected it to the beta version and clicked test, the status is Revoked.
Can you please advise why this happened?
Serial number is very old 379

What we have in our records for you is a serial number ending in 086. I'm not going to chase down all the serial numbers that have 379 in them to try to figure out which one you're talking about.

"License Status: Revoked" is almost caused by using a legitimate interface with a VCDS installation that has also been used with a clone interface.

Yes, you are right, one H11-xxx086 and 2nd H10-xxx379. Even though it is old, it was just registered recently.
in fact, this is a new interface that was previously used only for reading and when something needed to be done, it was registered.

I don't understand what to do with this now. I can go to VCIConfig, I see the registration, but it’s as if some of the data is not displayed or is lost.
Could you please check the registration of this?

I don't see a problem with the registration. We don't display all the registration data; only the user's name, city, and country.

Perhaps I meant that it was an interface purchased in the USA. What can be done about it now? There's certainly no point in sending it thousands of miles away.

It seems to me that using such an algorithm was a mistake because it punishes users who want to switch to the original interface. The problem is that the original software blocks original interfaces, as in this case. I'm sure those were the original versions 24.5 and 24.6, and one of them blocked the original interface, although yes, it happened with connecting a facking chinese copy.
