Resolved VCDS Registration

Hey guys

Probably incorrect place to post, so I do apologise.

I've had VCDS for I think a couple of years, used mainly to check my own Audi. Due to laziness I kept thinking I'll register it soon but to cut a long story short I've finally got to 1 use remaining.

So I've attempted to register, got to the final part this morning the transaction ID but still not received an email with the ID.

Was just wondering if this is normal waiting or maybe I've just not done it right.

I have read through some previous posts but worried incase I do something and lose my last 'use' up.

Can someone please advise?

Are we talking about HN2-xxx355 ? Because that's what I have associated with your customer ID.

A registration for it was submitted on 2021-08-12 and auto-approved, but was never finalized. However, there have been no new registration requests since then.

Now I did just re-send the Transaction ID that was never used to your blueyonder.co.uk e-mail address.

Thank you, I think I may not have looked into it in 2021 when I bought VCDS and do appreciate you sorting it out
