I know VCDS logs coding changes, but is it possible to see other coding changes, ie as in a history log on the vehicle?. I wanted to code ACC so that the +/- button did +-1 increments with a shortpress and +-10 with a long press but couldn't find the coding for it with VCDS so had to resort to OBD11. But is it somehow possible to see the coding that OBD11 did, using VCDS or would that require a full auto scan, before and after the coding or is that not included in an autoscan?

The car does not keep a log of coding changes. If you changed something with another tool, you'd need before and after scans, and possibly Adaptation Channel Maps as well.

Is there a guide how to grab the adaptation channels, because I assume the before and after scans you are referring to are "just" autoscans?
