I cant get past test screen it just freezes and never finishes

I've tried everything I can find online. I need it to work because my car is not working and I need this thing to help. It has been nothing but a problem since I bought it.I actually need it, it always fails and i spend too much time trying to get it to work. If I could get a refund I would. This is stupid having to do this after every software update that you can't skip. So sick of this thing.

After finished ud date, go to [Options] -> [Test] -> [Save]. It's very simple.

Thats the problem when i press test it just freezes and never shows the popup box. Ive been sitting here for 10 mins and it still froze. The leds flash blue like they are supposed to while connected to pc.

What kind of computer? What version of Windows? What nannyware do you have installed on it?
