A Toyota van like we shuttled from the airport in. Pretty sure it was running a 2200cc four cylinder, making for a real rocket on hills.

We rented a car for the day yesterday to drive to Cabo San Lucas. It was a little Nissan tin can exactly as sophisticated as my old '86 Golf or my kid's '95 Kia. Roll up windows and no ABS (I'm not whining)

Oh, and damn near everything in Mexico seems to be manual transmission

I thought I had better bandwidth tonight (last night in Baja) but this is still testing me out. All pics on my Google pixel. Some of these will end up as Google maps images for the Grand Mayan.

i think it's set to auto as default. I know i keep it auto on my pixel.

No, but they are cooler in the summer due to not attracting as much solar heat, look cleaner in the winter when there's salt on the roads, and of course everyone knows that white is the fastest color since the pigments are a few grams lighter.....
