You should also graph logs using something like https://log.tunezilla.com/ to make them easier to view and analyze.
Now that you've addressed the harness issue, clear the codes and see under what condition they repeat again.

This morning when engine still cold, got on it pretty hard test driving it. Working fine. Afetr about two miles when engine temp was almost normal at 190, light came on.

You're always running low.... maybe you're starving the pump pickup with your antics... run with a decent fuel level to eliminate this possibility.

LOL, Nice catch. Actually, yes i am aware of fuel level. These fuel levels are recent. I have had at least 3 quarters of a tank in there continuosly while trouble shooting this problem. I decided to let it run low for possibility of bad batch of fuel maybe and using it up and out of the system .

This may be nothing, but i accessed the in-tank fuel pump just to check and see if the lines were not in there backwards. I noticed that when i pulled the electrical plug off the pump, it came off pretty easy. It wasn't clipped all the way. I made sure to push all the way in. Cleared codes. With engine running, i pulled the plug again. As would be expected, car turned off. I did notice the glow plug sign flashed when plug came off as it does when I have this problem. I ran the scanner and it did have same low fuel pressure code, and no other coeds. I realize this is all expected since the supply pump is being disabled and so the problem is merely being duplicated. But, might this maybe isolate the in-tank pump as issue or say anything?

Filled up. 4 miles after and same deal.

Fuel high pressure actual value:1496800hPa.

No network where I am to post entire log from laptop.

Why can't you clear faults and then log both intank pump and rail pressure from start until the fault takes place to see if anything is revealed?

While driving? Because when parked in idle there are no problems, only under load. If While driving, do i just log the same way as when parked as far as VCDS procedure? As far as logging Rail Pressure specifically, is there a command on vcds or just do the transfer fuel pump test? I have searched for videos on how to test with vcds, but usually they show Measuring Blocks approach; that function on my vcds is grayed out.

Huh? What are you asking?
Are you reading your codes and FF data? If so, when does the fault happen? (correct, while driving)..... so you need to see what's going on while driving... this means you need to have logs from "while driving" not for sitting idle.
MVBs are grayed out because you have a UDS controller so you need to use Advanced Measuring Values instead.

I posted a break down of my HPFP setup here since your post. May be of help but seems you have also taken apart to the same extent, as I've accrued enough bits to fully replace the entire fuel system. But one thing it seems you haven't replaced is the check valve in the HPFP (although you've recently been made aware of it's existence). I've been bitten by this no fewer than 3 times (stuck open once, replaced twice).

It may even be just that your pump is weak. Maybe the cam has worn too much or the piston is no longer holding higher pressures. I bought a fuel pump for £40 recently and swapped the head because of said check valve (plus the piston, in case it'd worn to the shape of the head or something). Not expensive nor difficult to do. If you do this, be 100% sure it's the same pump (or the same specifications) as there are slight differences between them which, even if they physically fit, could add to under/overfuelling.

There are many components to the CR fuel system but in reality it's pretty simple. I could draw you a comprehensive diagram in a minute or so. There's only a limited number of components that can cause loss of fuel pressure.


ETA, if you do go shopping for second hand pumps, as above, be very careful. It's a minefield. Unusually the different revisions (EG 03L 130 755, 03L 130 755 A, 03L 130 755 F) are not necessarily bolt on replacements. They'll fit but may be made for a different fuel system. On the contrary, the Bosch internal part numbers may be interchangeable between different model #s too. Best bet is to find one with identical markings, both VW part number, bosch part number, and flow rates (eg R35/20 which I believe is what this represents).
