After replacing my CCM with OEM brand new module I managed reprogram everything except one tiny thing that I can't resolve.

Seems like opening/unlocking trunk is other way round.

-pulling trunk release button on drivers door don't do anything
-press and hold trunk release button on remote only makes the car indicators flash 2x but wont open
-trunk only open only in three occasions:
1- when I manually push lock button on drivers door
2- if vehicle is unlocked and in motion and reaches 10mph(15?) to autolock
3- when locking vehicle with remote

It just seems its getting ''reversed'' signal.

part # of CCM's match same as all coding numbers except component number, which I was told by dealer would not be an issue. It seems it is.

Any ideas, suggestions, please respond.

Hi and welcome.

Your CCMs have different indexes/color codes. Old is Index 061. New is 02W. Where did this "brand new" module come from?

-Uwe-

PS: We much prefer scan data to be posted here as text rather than linked to as pictures.

Hi Uwe.

Thanks fro reply.

The new ccm came from dealer's old stock with good discount. :-P but I don't regret it. Paid very little over, compared with what you find as used on ebay.

I am aware that ''color code'' is different and that is the issue. Wondering if it can be reprogrammed with VCDS or other way. worse case I will swap/re-solder the bad relays.

(Sorry about uploading the link, lesson learned)

Nope. I think this is a bunch of "parameters" in the EEPROM section of the module's memory.

Unfortunately the VCDS cannot help in this case. The eeprom of the old comfort module should be read and transplanted into the new one. If you write to me privately I can give you information that published here would be out of place
