Golf MK7 ACC Radar MRR 541J Replaced by Radar LRR 561K.

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post and I have read tons of data around this but on one Forum a person mentioned he changed the round dome shape J radar as it was stolen to a K flat face. I am still confused how he did that because everyone says not possible.

I have exactly the same issue and need some support, my J Radar is stolen and new one is 2.5k (crazy price).

Can someone who knows this help me please.

MRR use just CP
MREvo14 use CP + FEC code for functions

I think ODIS now allow you to unlock proper FEC code in new radar, because they not support this , so "replae function" will only remove CP
you can try online with new radar, or buy unlocked radar and remove CP online, and enable FEC by yourself

Round radar has no FeCs, only CP. If you buy a newer flat radar, you need to hack it to get it working.

I get all of that part, I know all of that. I need some help in how will it work. Does it just need coding or something else. There is a thread from a person who has done it but does not says any more. So my question is what needs changing to get it to Flat radar. Also there are two types of Round dome shape Radar, 541J and 541G will 541G also work with just removing CP?

Because these Radars are so dear in price it’s not possible to do a trial and error. Would be great help for everyone if anyone has been through the pain on a 2013 Golf MK7 Auto DSG.

The Ross-Tech community is willing and able to help those that obtain a legal version of our software, which comes with the genuine interface purchased in our shop or from one of our official distributors.

Would you expect someone on an official Apple forum, and their official service reps to tell you how to fix something that is an illegal copy of an iPhone?

Mike I think your jumping the gun here, your more interested in accusing of me using something I don’t have. Any way I will go on your shop and see, not that I want the item. I just want help with my Questions. This is where Forums go so long because the actual question gets side tracked. So your saying I cannot get verified even if I need help from a Verified Ross Tech Person?
