This is how it was done

"Whole Vehicle" mapping isn't going to work on a an LT3 Crafter, which is a vehicle that has no proper Gateway Installation List.

What mapping should I do?

Well, if you really want the most complete set of maps possible, run an Auto-Scan, but first:
- Temporarily re-name the Labels sub-folder to something else.
- Set Debug Level to 2 on the Options screen, and click [Apply]
- Connect a battery charger to the vehicle, or let the engine idle
- Select Chassis Type 2E on the Auto-Scan screen, then [Start] the Auto-Scan.
