Keeps Asking Me To Register

I have been successfully using my VCDS for 6 months but it always asks me to register, I am now down to 3 uses. I *assumed since it seems to work OK it has been registered and everything. it was purchased from FCP, does that make a difference. It has only been mated to 1 car (mine).

Can anyone offer some guidance, thanks.

Thanks for the reply. To clarify, I have only used this on 1 car, so 1 VIN. But when I connect to my car it tells me "You have 3 uses left, please register". I did purchase the VCDS that allows 3 VINs but have only used 1

Sure. You registered back in September, but it looks like you never finalized your registration by entering the Transaction ID we sent you then. I just re-sent it. Be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder. Yahoo is infamous for dumping our registration confirmations in there.

Completed, it appears the registration was accepted, I'll test it on the car tomorrow. BTW, the email never came through, spam or otherwise.

Thanks guys. I went into my account here yesterday and the email addy was OK. So perhaps Uwe is correct.
