Took it to exhaust mechanic I've known for 26 years; he checked it out and said Cats are not clogged.
Replaced the fuel filter with Audi brand, same problem persists.
Replaced the fuel pump again, which was wrong part from Oreilly's, and my brain did not function at the time to recognize the wrong part was in my hand.
Brand is Brock, I've used them before with good results.
Problem persists except now lost Fuel level signal, have Sending unit and auxiliary unit on way.
Have a used ECU on way also just in case Engine Control Module is the cause.
I'm guessing it needs reprogramming to match my VIN.
My ECU part # is 4F1910559E, the one ordered is same part number.
That's the last items I'm replacing, going to a shop if it continues.
Fuel Delivery Test at the fuel filter forward output location yielded about 500 ml, so now I have proper fuel delivery.
Thanks for the suggestions

Thanks EuroX, after spending about $2,700 I'm about to give up and take it to The Import Shop.
Going to try one last item, used ECM from another 2006 A6 3.2 V6, after either deleting the Immobilizer or retrieving the PIN to recode using VCDS.
Again, too bad you are so far, otherwise you would be taking over!

Immo off would be easiest to try as I don't think VCDS will be able to match ecm using pin in this vehicle. At a distance it can be done with a dedicate dongle from my end. Since you are at this point. Only suggestion I would make would be to freeze the ecm in a freezer then immediately install to see if it will prolong the amount of time the vehicle runs or not. If you think the issue is related to the ecm I would assume possibly a driver ic within the ecm may be failing when getting hot.

I totally agree Sir, I've seen it in some domestic car's Ignition control Modules.
Will Attempt on Monday, have to help my youngest son tomorrow.
Have a freezer inside just few feet away.
Thanks both

Froze it overnight after disconnecting battery.
Installed it and ran for 17 minutes this time, shutdown suddenly no stumble or misfires.

Replaced ECU (Reprogrammed with my original ECU data).
Same results, stalled at 22-minute mark. Longest its run in last couple months.
Filled up the tank with fresh fuel, ran for 12 minutes this time.
No hesitation, just lost Fuel Rail Pressure from 4010 kpa down to 290 Kpa when it stopped running.
Going to re-replace the FP Control Unit next

I would just make sure you had a good Fuel pump control module. A factory unit if possible. Also has the relay for fuel pump been changed with a good unit?

Looking for an Audi FP Control Module, looks like its made by Kuhnke in Romania, the one I bought from O'Reilly's is a HUCO brand, just looked at the box; made in China, my mistake.
FP relay is an Import Direct brand also from Oreilly's, have a second new one also same brand, will replace again just in case.
Need to verify I'm replacing the proper one, looking for location diagram again.
May get both today from Audi Grapevine, it's only two hours away, if in stock.
Thanks for your advice
