My auto service professional had a set on his desk when I went in to pick up my car last week. I guess it is the new norm?

I need a set on my desk for all the sales calls we get from those looking for that "magic" solution. "If I plug in your tool, will it tell me what to replace?"

I also seen them being used at dealerships and other shops quite often....
