guys, new sensor fitted as before no voltage, now got voltage also maf is doing its thing, all readiness passed, but no lambda,
dont worry about the high resistance code, it needs wiring sorting

Thanks

With plug or without? I would sort the high resistance code. Note that soldering O2 sensors wiring might cause no activity codes.

do not trust that much new boxes and fine packaging.
I had most beatuful temp sensor packaging from RA I have ever seen. EMP foil, soft black foam and Iphone box with 4k images. LOL
I changed that hard to do sensor like 3 times after got OEM. This one works till now.
You could swap sensors and read value then. You will get readings.

Yep. There are lots of counterfeit "Bosch" and other OEM parts being produced in Asia by manufacturers who are absolutely shameless about trademark infringement and country-of-origin markings, in countries with governments that either encourage this or simply turn a blind eye to it.

However, I do agree that all relevant wiring and connections should be verified (load tested!) before blaming the sensor.

The wiring had been chopped loom side near plug, its now sorted with new plug and connectors but still no activity, the bosch sensor was not a universal, it was x-ref'ed from the original part number and has plug on it

So I would inject additional "fuel" (brake cleaner) or air leak and watch the sensor output at the plug, by back probing the wiring and determine the ability of the sensor to react to such inputs.

I still say Wiring or O2 sensor.
Good Luck

at this kind of scenario: I suggest my daily electrical special, in head scratching sauce

W I R E TRACING
tada
if all good and no work it must be either -"all good" or wire

ECU ------------------- OX connector - continuity test, with little excersise and head bumps

The sensor is showing correct voltage in live data. also I have injected voltage to o2 sig wire using sensor simulator and I can see the o2 voltage changing but live data lambda is stuck at 0.0% ?

it might be situation where :
-OK
-Ok
-OK
-Ok
not work,:)

sensor at B1S1 flactuates UP and DOwn~ 600,800+ , 600,800- , normal quiet fast regulating Lambda mixture
B1S2 sensor should stay steady at ~600,800 + to check long trim and "caterpillar" work
if 4 wires set up , 2 are heater and 2 are signal, can be changed for testing.
if not obtained B1S1 = either sensor malfuntion or "caterpillar" malfunction or moved away from gas flow
newer are much more sensitive and have few more wires

you mentioned wiring issue , suggest to correct wiring prior OX2 testing

So O2 is changing voltage but that info is not getting to the ECU, would look hard ad the signal wire to The ECU, and everywhere in between.

"The sensor is showing correct voltage in live data"

when I say "live data" I mean MB's in VCDS, the sig wire must be OK or I would not see voltage change

I am skeptical to use processed data as real data. Did you mention if fuel system is open loop or closed loop and what are the fuel trims doing? Or I missed it?

Happy new year Guys, Im back on this now

Another Bosch sensor fitted from sealed box with hologram security stickers, Ive checked the security code:

13TBVD V9S904 5WXJF2

With the bosch website:

and I get the message:

Congratulations! The Code you entered is correct. The quality verification is carried out in combination with the genuine Bosch Hologram

Ive also bypassed the loom to the sensor and and gone direct to ECU (its a very short distance) and still get the same codes

whats next?
