Used car, any quick thoughts? '07 Audi A3

A friend of mine has worn out his turbo beetle and asked what I thought of this car.

What should he look for or should he just run?

136,592 miles on a DSG tranny. That would be a really cool car with a 6MT conversion.

136k Mi - ~220k km. Many cars here have this mileage and DSG and with some repair if needed(Around 1K eur) it will run smooth again, very common policy.
I know cars with 300k KM and counting.... and no, they don't plan to change the car
