Hello All, A bit stumped, hoping for some guidance. Thank you so much !
2012 Sportswagen TDI - Little cousin replaced the Wiper motor and now car won't crank.

2012 Sportswagen TDI - Little cousin replaced the Wiper motor and now car won't crank.
- We have checked all relays and fuses, all are fine.
- Took out battery tray and intake, checked grounds and did continuity on all the cables coming out of the fuse box under the hood.
- Checked to ensure both plugs to ecu where seated correctly - Currently trying to get the two studs out to get full visibility to connections and cables.
- error below on Address 09: Cent. Elect. (J519) I took out the BCM part number 5K0 937 086 N opened it up and I don't see any damage at all, cables are as tight as they can go. I did that after reading this thread https://forums.tdiclub.com/index.php?threads/electrical-gremlins-bcm-issue.522875/
- First thing we did is check battery and even took it to get tested just in case.
