Hex+Can Win 11 VCDS is not working.

I recently upgraded from Win 10 (it worked fine here) to Win 11, and now VCDS is not working, I click on the icon to start it, then I see the typical blue circle on the mouse pointer for a second or two and then nothing happens, I go back to Win 11. If I see the processes in memory I see VCDS running. I'm not running Windows in S mode. I tried installing the legacy drivers and also without them. Please advise. Thanks!

Is this a work PC? If so your IT department may have some sort of nanny-ware running that is interfering with VCDS starting up. If not, please check to make sure you are running as the Administrator and do not have any programs running in Startup that can be blocking VCDS.
