Sent the DPf for professional cleaning. Was not much soot but the flow was restricted by "Eolys/Cerium" . the diagnose is due the colour of waste that was brownish/redisch , not black.
Before cleaning pressure/flow was 120 mbar / 94 m3/h and after cleaning 35/498 so the status of the DPF was good.

Installed DPF in car and reseted the learned DPF values and dif. pres. offset . All values went to zero.
All fault codes was reseted. and symboles in dash went away.
Drove 6 km , checked dif.pressure values . Idle about near zero and att 2000r/m just below 40
Then tried to start an manual regeneration . "Cant start regereneration due safety reasons"
Falult codes now comes back instant and "glow" symbol flashing
Soot values and dif.pres. at idle has increased a lot .

What is making soot values increase so quick ? and wy cant the the manuel reset start , and wy is now fault codes and "glow" symbol back ?

If it is the same for CVUA engine as BKS/BMK/BUN , Yes.
( after the first try fault codes comes back instantly )

Resetting dif. pres. offset works but not resetting DPF learned values ( engine running or not ) "unknown error " . Worked this morning before test drive and try Manual DPF Regenerating.

You have a UDS controller from what I'm seeing... why are you referencing the CAN controller wiki instead?

What do you want to reset and why? You're not showing anything that needs to be reset

Which unit did you have cleaned, the one after the turbo or the one under the car?

The one under the car . It is a double DPF .

I found out how to reset the learned DPF values:

Engine off.
Reset fault codes.
Don´t check if there is any falult codes .
Reset the learned DPF values

We have yet to have a problem with one of these and the info both on ETKA and ELSA is very confusing and conflicting, is the reductant injector in the cat after the turbo or the downpipe before the DPF?

The injector is in downpipe lower part

I wonder if the unit upstream downstream after the turbo is restricted?

No I think I have good dif.pressure values .
Just couldn´t start an manual regeneration.
Have made a 160 km drive today . 1/3 Highway , 1/3 small roads and 1/3 town . 0,68 liter / 10km average fuel consumption . It is better than before DPF failure.
Havn´t checked if it has been an automatic regereneration yet.

I had this on a 1.6 tdi Polo. Regen just didnt want to be performed and I was at a loss as to what it was so went back to basics. The problem was found to be the car wasnt getting up to temperature properly (Polo didn't have a temp gauge on the dash so just wasn't something easily noticed) so in went a new thermostat/valve and hay presto, happy car doing a regen!
