Having a few problems and ran a scan. The was going to replace the o2 sensor. Not sure where to start on evap leak. Was going to check the check valve on the brake system to see if thats the problem. Not sure how to handle the airbag supply voltage to low. Nor how to handle the comm errors for the instruments, can gateway, seat mem. drvr.

Programming firmware update needed.
Possible bad N80
Heated OXS oxygen sensors are suspect for shorts and should be changed or fused before damage to ecu.
Check for broken or worn hoses on intake and to booster.
I would clear the codes because they are sporadic and see if they come back while observing learned trims.

Will having the firmware reflashed be expensive at the dealer?

In looking at the coding for the different systems the Auto HVAC is coded for a W8 even though it's a V6. Would this cause the ac to function abnormaly?

I've replaced the N80 valve and the o2 sensor then reset all of the DTC's. I haven't had any of the codes come back yet. Would the brake boost vacuum errors stay in the system after the problem has been fixed? I only ask because I replaced the breather hoses on the engine because they were cracked. The reason i'm concerned about the hvac system is that it hasn't been cooling very well so I'm trying to find the issue with it. It didn't have any fault codes when I scanned it but, I found instructions online how to have it do an actuator test. After the test I get a fault code for 04f7 temperature flap servo.

No, if this returned

17887 - Brake Boost Vacuum System
P1479 - 35-10 - Mechanical Failure - Intermittent
that system isn't fixed but I'm glad to hear you resolved the other issues!

Try Basic Settings 008 with the Key on, Engine off. You may need to pump the pedal a few times to get it to Test On and provide results such as Sys OK or Sys nOK. The vacuum pump should run, which would mean the fuse/relay/wiring to it should be OK, and providing that happens the only other common issue would be faulty check valves and/or external leaks to/from the brake booster and vac. pump.

If the flap motor Basic Setting created a Auto HVAC DTC you may want to diagnose that. Post the scan with it shown if you need further assistance.
