I'm wondering if you have a blown fuse based on this fault and then several no communications faults:
03063 - Voltage supply terminal 30 for actuators
007 - Short to Ground
Have you checked? You probably need a wiring diagram. See the "How To" at the top of the page for advice on getting wiring diagrams.

I don't have the reference details for your car. Maybe someone else will come along to help.

Thanks Bruce for your comments. Well I already have the wiring diagrams from AllData and ERWIN.
Can I share some pictures of them here? so i'll write down some doubts.

You either have a wiring problem or a sensor issue. If you have a faulty air quality sensor or pressure sensor for the ac the system will not work. I would test the sensors see if you have power ground and 5v reference, or any signal on the lin wire. IIRC both of those sensor are on the same LIN wire.

A page or two can be shared... Best to limit the amount being shared. They are copyrighted materials and posting complete pages could be a violation. Better to post a snap shot of the area in question.

Thanks about the testing the Pressure sensor , I changed without testing the air quality sensor isn't tested. Sorry for this question but how I test it?. For example the Pressure sensor has 3 pins GND, LIN, 5V, I don't want to mess up for that reason I don't test it. so that means that I need to test voltage in the PIN 1 and 3 of both sensors, am I right?

Sure, I understand that , that was the reason for asking first.

Yes. Check the power pins on the sensor. Do you have 5v? If not, you need to find out why not.

If yes, then check the LIN line with the positive probe on LIN and negative probe on ground. You should have a voltage less than 5v but higher than ground.

If good, go to the ECU pins and check it at that end. Do you get the same results? If not, there is a wiring problem.

Well, finally today I check both output sensors connectors
G657/G238
G395

How can I check the LIN line? Sorry, but I don't want to assume. You mentioned that I should check the LIN output for a voltage? Does this mean I should connect the positive cable of the multimeter to the sensor connector with the power supply and LIN cable? Could you please provide a picture or an image? My apologies, I am learning. Thank you in advance.

Well, here's a final update. I'm sharing this for those who like me, are just starting out and had a very productive day of learning today.

To begin with, the G238/G657 and G395 sensors receive current (+) from ST1/SC3 (Fuse 3 of Fuse holder 3) and ground (-) from G639, both at 12V. The G657/G238 sensor has the current input on PIN 1 and ground on PIN 2, with the LIN port on PIN 3. The G395 sensor receives current (+) from PIN 3 and ground from PIN 1, with the LIN port on PIN 2. The sensors are slaves and the J519 module (onboard supply control unit) is the master. The master ONLY sends requests if the line is enabled, for which the Slave sends the current signal to the master module using the LIN port. When the master module senses this current, it begins sending requests to the slave module. If it DOES NOT sense current, it will not request anything.

Finally, I attempted to measure current on the LIN port. I know it should be measured with an oscilloscope, but unfortunately, I don't have one at the moment. I tried measuring it with my multimeter by putting the ground on the chassis and the positive on the Slave LIN port, but I couldn't get anything. Perhaps I'm doing this procedure wrong, but that's what I tried. I also tried putting the positive on the LIN port and the negative on the negative port of the slave module to see if it received anything, but nothing. It could be that my low-cost multimeter is not suitable for this task, as we know it only gives averages and cannot capture the averages of what passes through the LIN line.

Things I learned: If the slave module has no power, it will NEVER be able to send the signal to the master that it is active, and therefore the master will NOT send anything.

The LIN signal is a one-wire communication protocol that is bidirectional (the master requests information or sends commands to the slave module, which sends information or receives orders). I understand that a good multimeter should be able to measure an average voltage (of the high and low currents of the communication between the modules). This is just theory and I need to put it into practice. (If anyone can contribute to improving this comment, I would appreciate it.);)

After understanding the operation of the LIN bus, I began to check the other error I had with the air conditioning actuators.
Some time ago, I bought another J255 air conditioning module (which I haven't changed yet because the serial number needs to be matched with the equipment, as far as I understand), and with the current J255 module, I measured the current of T16i port 2 (+) and T16i port 3 (-), but there was no voltage.
Then, I replaced the module with the other one that, although not activated, when connected, ports 2 and 3 send 12V voltage, which is what the actuators need to operate and activate Port 1 (LIN Bus). Therefore, although I couldn't solve the initial problem, it allowed me to determine that the my actual J255 has an output voltage problem, which is why VCDS showed me 12V output as zero in the J255.

It remains pending to check the port of the J519 module T16b Pin 4 (LIN port) to see if the slaves are sending current, because as they are in series, it can be misleading if one is sending and the other is not. But anyway, I believe and hope to be closer to finding a solution.

That's all for my 2 cents.

I think the key point you have discovered is the fact that sensors are in series. When this is the case, the only way to find which may be causing the problem is to isolate - you have to unplug one, try the measurements on the one still plugged in. If it works, then you know the one unplugged is locking up the series connection.

If it does not work, don't assume the other sensor is the problem. Test it to be sure.

If neither work, then the problem lies elsewhere.

While I could argue nuances of your understanding of the LIN Bus, you have described it well enough for our purposes. It is a single wire bus that is bidirectional. That said, you should still be able to measure a switching voltage on it if communications are present. When devices on the bus are communicating, an average voltage of less than 12 but greater than 0 should be present. It does not matter which way you connect the multimeter leads. The lead connection will only effect the (+) or (-) sign of the value in this case.

I check the garage open door module and doesn’t work too but there isn’t any DTC. it's normal?
I’ll check the weekend all the others sensors.

Just a question
1.- If it is possible to fuse a LIN bus PIN?, There is any chance to repair? or I must to change the J519 Module?
2.- If I change the J519 module , I need to code it with ODIS and gecko pair system?.

The PIN 4 has all this sensors attached
Pin 4: LIN 2 (Charisma switch module -E592, air quality sensor -G395, refrigerant pressure and temperature sender -G238, garage door opener control unit -J530, front left seat ventilation control unit -J799, front right seat ventilation control unit -J800)
Since there are so many things connected to that LIN bus, I would try disconnecting them one at a time to see if any of them are responsible for the fault rather than the J519 module itself. You should also check that there are no wiring faults on that bus (like a short to some other wire).

1.- If it is possible to fuse a LIN bus PIN?,
LIN bus is normally quite fault tolerant; a hard short to either GND or +12 should not damage it, so I'm not sure what benefit a fuse would bring.

2.- If I change the J519 module , I need to code it with ODIS and gecko pair system?.
I am not sure whether J519 is part of the Component Protection scheme in that car.

Finally I test the J255 module and the pinz T16i /1 (LIN), T16i /2 (Current) , T16i /3 (Ground) there is not any voltage output!:banghead: as we know now, if there is not current there is no way to send data link using LIN BUS in the T16i /1 port.
I just purchase today a VAS 5054a module to do some test and hire to someone to do the coding of the J255 Module and attach to the system.
There is any chance to learn more about Coding, ODIS and other stuff?.

Regards
