Some common values we look at when trying to diagnose gas engine issues that use a UDS control modules:

IDE00025-ENG167462,Coolant temperature

IDE00589,Fuel pressure
IDE00188,Fuel high-pressure: actual value

IDE00182,Camshaft adaptation intake bank 1: phase position
IDE00183,Camshaft adaptation intake bank 2: phase position
IDE00184,Camshaft adaptation exhaust bank 1: phase position
IDE00185,Camshaft adaptation exhaust bank 2: phase position

IDE00604,Short term adaptation of mixture formation bank 1
IDE00597,Long term adaptation of mixture formation bank 1
IDE00605,Short term adaptation of mixture formation bank 2
IDE00598,Long-term adaptation of mixture formation: B2

IDE01869,Long-term fuel trim bank 1 at idle
IDE03794,Long-term fuel trim bank 2 at idle

And don't forget it is possible to save location profiles if you need to keep going back into this stuff. There are also some pre loaded profiles including Health Check (Gasoline).u01 for you to try out.

Note, if some one finds other locations for fuel trim values, please send me a private message pointing to an Auto-Scan from said car as well as the IDE location number.
