New user of VCDS and appreciate this could be a real newbie question, buts it’s driving me nuts not knowing the answer.
I have a UK spec VW Transporter T5 Caravelle 2009 model. Software is 22.10 and I have updated the drivers for the Hex-V2 adapter.
In the Autoscan section I can run autoscan providing I selected the correct chassis type.
However, when I select “Installation List” I get the message “No response from Gateway”. I also get this if I try autoscan without selecting the chassis.
I’ve also tried going into the CAN Gateway module and there’s no “Installation List” button.
Is this purely because my T5 doesn’t have that option or something else?
Appreciate any help/support, especially since software is new to me.
