Hi everyone, received my VCDS package at the weekend and have finally put it to use!
So, today I noticed that the DRL/sidelights on my 2012 Caddy van were behaving strangely (to me, at least).
When the light switch is off (engine running) the DRL's are on. When the switch is moved to the next position, the DRL's dim. All normal so far. However, when I move the switch to the final position, the main (H4) lights come on and the
DRL/sidelights switch off completely. It makes no difference whether the main lights are dipped or not. I've had the van since October last year, but I've never actually looked at the lights before - perhaps this is normal for VW?
I ran an autoscan and got the following. I noticed the DTC on the CAN gateway, although some (quick) Googling has suggested that the installation list could be wrong (note the second DTC for the Radio - my van doesn't have a VW head unit installed).
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
