Hi again all, Could anyone point me in the right direction please.
I cannot find the injectors in the engine control under adaptations, i'm thinking of putting bigger injectors in but i need to adjust how much fuel is injected.

Re-map as Uwe said, adaptations is used, as far as I understand, for telling ECU status of injectors («new» installed or installing brand new ones). In newer cars (started in 2005 I think) these data is used for ECU to compensate for injector wear, and with some tools one can do an adaptation if ECU has compensatet to much/little.
Using this function after installing bigger injections will not do it, ad there are so many orher parameters used for calculating fuel injection time and amount.

Also, have you checked if you need new/different air filter(air supply system to engine) a different fuel pump, pressure regulator?

If not already done, not explained in case, I recon there is a quite hp rise you are targeting, sinse a «normal» re-map and maybe a bigger turbo has not been evaluated (or is this done once already?). Normally std injectors easily can take a 10-15% increase, maybe even more.
Changing intercooler can easily give you 2-5+ % increas in power.

A cool/funny and fancy mod of installing water spray system in front of intercooler will also help, although short term term as water supply and weight can remove benefit😂🤣.

That's on CR diesels, not gasoline/petrol engines, which this is.
